This is the Bag Strapper Set from Pauline's Quilters World. Make bag handles and straps quickly and easily without having to turn through tubes. The Bag Strapers will turn fabric layered with batting in one easy step. Three sizes are included in this package - 2", 1 1/2", and 1", which will make 2", 1 1/2", 1", 3/4" and 1/2" straps. You can mix these with our other SASHER sets to decorate the straps in endless variations.
