This is the Megastar Block Tempters from Jen Kingwell. This is from the Tempters series which includes the acrylic template set and instructions for a single patchwork block which finishes at 12 1/2" x 6 1/2" with seam allowance. The idea is you then use this template to make a repeat block quilt any size you want it to be.
