Shipping

 

 

We post Monday through to Saturday excluding public holidays.

 FLAT RATE CHARGE including RURAL DELIVERY(RD):

We generally use NZ Post tracked services  and charge a flat rate of $7.00 throughout New Zealand.  We currently don't charge extra to post to any RD address.

PATTERNS ONLY - FREE POSTAGE:

All patterns are postage free and will be sent via NZ Post by letter rate which means they are not tracked.  If you wish the item to be sent to you by some other method please let us know however the flat rate of $7.00 will apply.  Conditions apply:

  • Depending upon the size of the pattern, there is generally a two to three maximum number of patterns that can fit into the envelope as per NZPost requirements.  More than that may attract additional charges.
  • Where a pattern is part of an order, it will then attract the applicable postage fee (Refer Flat Rate Charge).

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE:

When your total purchase excluding postage is $100 or more, your items are sent to you postage free.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA:

For shipping to Australia, please message us for assistance as the checkout system does not allow shipping to Australia.  You will need a PayPal account if you wish to purchase any item in our online store.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE:
Please contact us if you are wanting a product from our website.  We are happy to ship to wherever you live but note that if its a pattern you are wanting, New Zealand Post allow a maximum weight of 200g per letter.  Over that weight, the item has to be shipped via international parcel post.

COURIER DELIVERY:

When couriering an item we generally use NZ Post's courier service.  In the event we use a different courier company, we will advise you.

ADDRESSES FOR COURIER DELIVERY:

Courier delivery is only available to physical addresses such as home or work. Courier delivery is not available to PO Boxes and Private Bags. Courier delivery is available to RD (rural delivery) addresses but is often transferred to a local delivery agent (usually your NZ Post Rural delivery driver) and a signature is not obtained on delivery.

Should you wish to have an item left at your residence without a signature simply include a note with your order requesting for your package to be left somewhere - e.g. "Down the side path through the back gate around the plum tree beside the dog kennel at the back door". Or simply; "Please leave at back door, thanks", will do.  And it doesn't hurt to include your contact telephone number just in case the courier is having difficulty locating you.

EXCEPTIONS:

If you live in the Chatham Islands, Hauraki Islands and some more remote areas of New Zealand, we will need to use NZ Post to send you your item however, the same flat rate of $6.00 does apply.

At this time,  we are an online store only.
