The Practical Quilter is a new concept shopping experience for the New Zealand Quilter with the sole focus of offering the supplies and accessories needed to make amazing quilts, bags or other textile items.
Missouri Star Quilt Company (MSQC) was founded in 2008 by Jenny Doan, alongside her family, in Hamilton, Missouri. The company grew from humble beginnings, when Jenny's children bought her a long-arm quilting machine to help their parents recover from financial struggles caused by the 2008 recession. Initially starting as a small quilting service, the company expanded significantly thanks to Jenny's engaging quilting tutorials on YouTube, which gained a massive following. Her unique approach of using pre-cut fabrics helped revolutionize quilting for both beginners and experts alike.
Missouri Star Quilt Company quickly became a quilting sensation, eventually revitalizing Hamilton, now known as the "Disneyland of Quilting." MSQC operates 12 storefronts in Hamilton and has one of the largest selections of quilting fabrics and supplies worldwide, with a thriving online presence.
The Practical Quilter has available over 50 products from MSQC and we are continually adding new products as MSQC release them.
