The Practical Quilter is a new concept shopping experience for the New Zealand Quilter with the sole focus of offering the supplies and accessories needed to make amazing quilts, bags or other textile items.

From Trouble & Boo is Grumpy on the Shelf quilt pattern. Reminiscent of another famous elfin character, our Grumpy cat finds himself sitting on a shelf amongst books & other Christmas clutter in a bright red & snowy white elf costume ready to get into mischief. Executed in raw-edge, fused & machine stitched applique. Instruction given for printing on fabric with a home printer. Measures approximately 23" x 20".
