The Practical Quilter
The Practical Quilter is a new concept shopping experience for the New Zealand Quilter with the sole focus of offering the supplies and accessories needed to make amazing quilts, bags or other textile items.
The Practical Quilter is closed for a short break from Saturday, 31 May 2025 and will reopen on Saturday, 14 June 2025.
Tree Farm Quilt Pattern by Fran of Cotton + Joy. Tree Farm is inspired by beautiful Washington State, the Evergreen State, home to many Christmas trees farms (not to say that this has to be a Christmas quilt!). Pattern includes helpful diagrams, detailed instructions, and alternate colorways. Sizes: Wall hanging (24" x 30") and Throw (53" x 61"). This pattern is block-based, and you can easily customize the size by adding or subtracting blocks. Skill Level: Confident beginners and up. The pattern assumes the quilter knows basic piecing techniques, is comfortable using templates and can use consistent 1/4? seam allowances.
