The Practical Quilter is a new concept shopping experience for the New Zealand Quilter with the sole focus of offering the supplies and accessories needed to make amazing quilts, bags or other textile items.
The Serene quilt pattern by Deb Grogan of The Quilt Factory is made with quarter and half square triangles. The stunning color combination and placement creates a design within the blocks giving it an almost on point illusion.
